Finding Off Campus opportunities for developer

I'm a full-stack developer with experience in creating various projects, including some for clients. I don't want to go through the hassle of multiple rounds of interviews and end up with a low salary of 30k through college placements. I've been active on Twitter and reached out to people directly, but finding opportunities in the current market conditions is challenging. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! It's tough out there.
