Finding jobs in Deloitte and accenture

I have applied jobs in Deloitte and accenture Deloitte I have applied many and accenture only one that is supply chain operations associate. But I am in so many positions in portal not getting selected at all. Infact I can't how others are getting in accenture. Even in linkedin I asked for any network connections but no response what should I do ...??!! I have to get in a job by this month. It's very crucial for me .. please help me in reaching with the contacts or network for Deloitte and accenture kolkata location. Since I am Hr Background and SAP HCM is my module i have certifications in SAP S4 HANA, power BI sql and now completing certification in SAP Success Factor configuration. Please if anybody knows any contact it would be helpful for me.
