Finding it hard

I am a fresher in my penultimate year of education. I only have experience in terms of what all I could do as a student. I am finding it hard to bag my first job. I want to work in startups solving real problems & innovating and not swanky business models. I come from a commerce bg How should I go ahead? Open to learning different tools all go all in with all my time, but I stand lost and no idea where to start? Someone please guide me.
