finding difficult to have conversations around people

hello folks, im 21M a visual design student in ahmedabad soon going to be graduated and i really find difficult to make conversation around people and with people, i become very insecure about this thing and i hate it, have faced people leaving me on face just because i didnt talk much. if you're open to it, id love to hear your thoughts or just share a chat.
