Trending @Accenture; Finding a new job

Hi I am an analyst and have b3en in this company for almost 4 years, I have got support role and was unable to change my project as it was prohibit for me and roll off was not getting approved because of constant lack of resources Now I want to switch my job or porject(if I get a chance) but stuck in this support project zone so fear of not getting another job/ good project as only support was involved could not find skills on a level of 3.5 year experienced should be having . Any guidance how can I deal with this? Am I the only one feeling this?
