Can I know if an associate has how many years of experience in TCS and what is his/her skillset? Is there any portal to know that?

If you are a WON supervisor then you can see experience and competency for your reportees in enterprise search.
If you are a speed manager or reviewer then you can see bands, experience and competency in promotion section of speed. You cannot see that for c1y grade(fresher) or associates who have not completed anniversary.

Okay, but what if we want to see profile of any associate irrespective of the hierarchy thy belongs to?
