Financial crisis
I have 5 Y of experience now as a backend developer with 18.7 LPA CTC. I feel stuck in same company for last 3.5 Y. I tried giving interviews, i am asking for 27LPA, is it a reasonable ask? Am i at a saturation point as per my experience and package? , i am in sort of a financial crisis and need more and more money just to have happy living . I have good understanding of programming and problem solving, i have the knowledge to start something from scratch till deployment and scaling.
Start off on your own. Build a ready platform which can be deployed as a SaaS. Eg lots of people want to build a BluSmart equivalent, but are dettered by the SW part.
Build a scalable and deployable platform for smaller taxi operator.
You will mint it.
