Finance: Policy and procedure specialist at Tide.co

I have an interview scheduled with Tide for the aforementioned profile. I have been working with HSBC for Group RWA regulatory reporting for the past 3.5 years. Have a few questions.

1. Should I consider the switch from regulatory reporting to this role at Tide?
2. How is the work culture and WLB at tide?
3. What kind of CTC do they offer? (currently my CTC is 27.5 LPA (fixed and variable), what should be the hike that I should look for?)
