Internal audit at large organisations is greatly valued, but there are fewer roles out there since in mid to smaller companies, the internal audit function is handled by the finance teams themselves or outsourced.

Finance teams are required at all organisations - small or large, so basically there are much more opportunities in Finance. However the pay will be slightly lesser than internal audit.

All the best!
