Why is there no want for finance/ Accounts role in startup’s?
All I see is wanted for technical roles . There’s no wanted for finance or accounts role.
How much importance is given to Finance head in strategy decision making/strategy planning in your companies?

A lot of startups that are losing money tend to have a lot of strategy roles run by ISB/IIM folks. What do they really do? Can they really do any sales or is it just a strategy?
