Finally USA and China trade war comes to an end. Still is there any concerns to provide hike updates?

Trade war was never the reason to stop hike they just don't want to give hike this year so they found an excuse of not giving hike

TCS clients stopped investing from last year, positions reduced and bench increased. This is why the variable was reduced and hikes were delayed. Unless those clients start investing again, nothing will change.
