Shattered and sad to see that after 2 years of joining TCS I got annual hike of ₹6,900 that too under health insurance only. There is no motivation for me to work in this company. I feel like there is Health Insurance scam going on in TCS. Reply from my management is even more disheartening, don’t know what to do.
We can understand your pain but can't do anything in that, only you can do it for yourself. Better try to switch and move out asap, else will be trapped here for more time and it's more disheartening. Good luck

@ProPM market is not good but it is not that bad also. you can get a good opportunity for sure. Just keep preparing and have confidence and motivation to get out of this hell else will regret for the rest of your life It's better to keep trying and I'm sure you will get a good opportunity.
Health Insurance scam for sure. Never experienced this type of inclusion in CTC in the name of health insurance (that too a significant amount) and plus premium deduction from Monthly salary as well.
How do you think they are funding the WINGS program and recouping the losses towards the settlement of lawsuits and other scams that have happened. It's disappointing. Bosses treat you like slave and company too has now joined in the exploitation.

My direct report now gets at least 20% more than me(based on what he voluntarily disclosed in a conversation). He has cleared all phases of WINGS 2.
You can’t accept organisation to make their loss by giving you genuine hike, try in other companies for lower position and less expectations so you could get the job done

You are right. I too didn't get any hike, but 3k increased in the insurance bucket and that amount straight away goes to insurance company. Ultimate b#@%$#@s running the org
