Man i dont understand.. i am 3 years completing in T*S

First year they screwed because my year completion month was later date

Second time they gave C. When i talked to manager he told he gave B but got changed due to internal shit show

I have overall 10 years of experience but the shit m getting is absolutely disgusting. I never got this poor increment in all my last 5 companies. I am not bragging but single handedly leading project and always compliant and rto compliant

Your situation looks like my future. I’m also having 10 yrs experience. First year 4.3 IPV this year 4.0 and still C band. What is the percentage hike you got for C band.

Yes, u can. If you reject it then u have to justify why r u rejected it to your lead and manager. But in the in most of cases they will not change it. But you can try if you have a proper justification.
