Finally say goodbye to tcs
Today is my last day in tcs😅. Ab koi aaram nhi hoga bus kaam hoga overtime hoga or Mera new manager hoga 🤣🤣 or finally meri new gaali aa ho gyi
TCS aapke amoolya samay aur Aapki lagan ko aur shraddha poorvak sevaye ko vinamratha se nama n karthi hai.ummed karthi hai ki aap jaha jao jaha raho khush raho aur aapki mangal may yatra ki Kaam na karthi hai

Attrition is good for the guys leaving.
Good for the guys staying. Higher the attrition number, less the likelihood of unpopular policies getting implemented.
Well attrition was at its peak last FY end. Those leaving were getting 100/200% hikes. Everyone was expecting a double digit hike in TCS irrespective of band. Hope you got it.
Now do a quarter by quarter study. You will see the moment attrition rate started dropping, tcs started implementing it's various harsh policies starting with 5 day WFO.

Bhai get in get out to chalta hi rahega, jisko paise acche mile vo to get in hoga hi. Or jinko yaha pareshani hogi vo out honge. Hr ka kaam bhi badh gaya hoga
Haan yaha par accha kaam karne ke baad bhi D band dena, salary kam kar dena, aur 1% hike dena, ye terrible hai.. it sucks us
