Finally Resigning from TCS

I actually have a really good team with a good project and client. My Manager supports and guides me at every point(sort of technical person rather than managerial one). But the part I didn't have here properly is salary. Even when i had a good amount of hike percentage due to my low salary it didn't even progress much. Tried to retain me but I guess won't proceed much from a salary point of view. So I decided to resign as I got an offer from another company. Hope I made a good decision.

BroI will suggest you don't switch due to salary it can be negotiate in current company also but getting a good project with good team is Hader.

I have tried to utilise that option but the highest offer by them was half the ctc of the offer i received again due to the current one. Sadly even to reach my current offer it might take more than a year. thought of moving out as a better option

What was the project on (tech stack and domain)? And how's it usually? As a fresher can I choose the project which interests me?

the project is based on a plm application called teamcenter. I would recommend the project if looking for an admin or developer role.

See this is a brilliant decision from your side. No need to think twice about it. See financial security is very important. Higher pay is the way to go to beat inflation invest and retire early. Let's say tomorrow this project gets shut down or your colleagues leave. That's it right. What is to say you won't get a good project in a new company? So don't fret you made the right call. Ace forward and wish you the very best fro your future.
