Finally I have resigned today from Accenture! Leadership ke dallon Behn ki lodo… apni ma Chudao promotions and Hikes apne pass rakh kr. But the drastic standard chaos Accenture have shown in these 3-4 years is like no one should be a part of it anymore! Finally I feel so free of this toxic organisation and its cheap and non visionaries Leadership who are clueless about what’s happening and what’s need to be done!!! If anyone here from Leadership this is for you : Every resignation is a Slap on your face as you promoted undeserving people which made the deserving one to choose moving out of your lacking leadership skills 💯 So Cheers to that 🍻
I am in PIP. I have been told HR will contact me this month and I will be asked to complete some tasks within a given deadline (probably 1 month), post which they might retain me or fire me. Still waiting for call from HR. Not sure what will happen. I have not received promotion from last 5 years. Total experience is almost 10 years but still in level 10.
What is the process of resignation? Just go to ast.accenture and apply for resignation? Is there any other process involved? Do you get your last working date immediately?
Just go to Workday and Actions and Click on Exit will be routed to Support.accenture.com and then click on India Exit it will show you separation proposed date on the basis of Notification date you put
I also got news that 0%,vp means it is pip... snd the hrs will start reaching in the month of june or july to assign to pip... suddenly getting job takes time right?
