Trending @Accenture; Finally my PIP is successful

This was very hard for me to go through PIP but finally my PIP is successful and i had cleared my PIP but still i had a very bad opinion on Accenture now and i got to know that my previous project had kept me in PIP after working around 1 year with out an single escalation or warning and when i tried reason for PIP that was very strange because the person kept my in PIP where i was not even reporting to him and when i asked for justification that fucking so called manager was not even responding to my mails or ping and HR was like no what is the reason but you should clear you PIP to continue still I don’t understand reason and logic behind why i was under PIP.
