Tbh, the kid won't remember anything. She isn't even 3 years old. Speaking from experience, even the best places would be forgotten. If you and your spouse just want to have a great time, just choose one you want to go, these days all good hotels have kids friendly options.

Just in case if you want to plan the holiday thinking only about your daughter and how she could treasure it then my advise will be to avoid now, wait a couple of years.

5+ is a good age for kids to hold their memories of a nice vacation, enjoy a lot of kids stuff, especially if you are looking at international vacation.

I feel travel teaches a lot and hence taking kids expands their knowledge and approach towards larger society we have. I have seen my kid being introduced to many new things only during our road trips.

Also, kids in large tier 1 cities are coocooned , and so protected, they grow up without an inkling of how outside world is, how money works, where to go or where not to go.

Wherever you go,

Yes. Go when the child can remember and recollect memories. Not at 3 years of age. What was your earliest memory? Mine is 6th standard trip I can cherish. Rest trips i febely remember.

It's not just about kid remembering the holiday ,it's about the parents experience of a holiday with their child too. Kid may not remember but parents will cherish this memory for a lifetime

Are the flight cost reasonable as there are no direct flights, right?

Go Almaty, you will get European vibes at a cheaper price.

You can consider Dubai, as it's child friendly. You can also take your daughter to miracle garden, global village, aquaventure.

If you want to enjoy as a family where you and your Spouse will also enjoy the trip, then go for Kazakhstan. It's a beautiful place to explore.

3yr old kind barely remembers anything neither they can appreciate most things.
Go to a child friendly and safe place - Dubai or Singapore.

Don't go abroad only to see Indians there as well.

Almaty among these may have the least Indians. So it may be a good option. Rest depends on the ease of getting a visa.

Since kid is only 2.9 yrs old, she's still too little to go on a trip with heavy activity. Would suggest a beach destination for a relaxed time .if budget is not a constraint then an all inclusive resort in Maldives will be nice.
