Finally got the appraisal letter and to my amazement got 3.5% increment where as the inflation is steady at 5.55% and may raise to 7.5% in coming years House rent increase by 10% that is fun

I also got the same hike percentage almost 3.28% . Since I joined HCL it was my first hike from July 2022.
I don't know how these guyz (HR & management)work here.😡😠😡😠🤬😡🤬

Moreover this is cheating, for sending letters they will take few months and with or without increment you will receive the salary after few months. Big gap and worst HR management ever. And this is the first company where employees complaint about their issues on yammer and company management posts about their growth and how much money CEO is earning.
