start applying for sick leaves, and all other types of leaves available... take half day sick leave, if you have less number of sick leaves... if your project is on T&M basis, they will lose billing on you... after some time when deliveries get impacted, they will release you. HR will release you within a week... for early release try to get some amount of money back from tcs (hard, but still give it a try)
