Finally i resigned from TCS

I have 9 years of experience as Cloud and DevOps, currently drawing a CTC of 17 LPA, and I hold a C3A grade. Despite maintaining 100% RTO compliance, I have never received my full 100% variable payout.

I recently resigned even though I don’t have an offer in hand, primarily because most recruiters I spoke with insisted on immediate joining or a notice period of 30 days or less.

I would like to seek inputs and advice from people here. based on my situation, how should I approach my next steps? Any suggestions or experiences would be really helpful.

Gave 4 interviews submitted documents for one company but no one came back with feedback.

My suggestion is to prepare for mock interviews. Face atleast 2-3 interview everyday Also, naukri is shit. Try instahyre, indeed Don’t be too choosy on your first offer. Remember, you’re working in TCS and the reputation it has in the industry is pathetic. A lot of companies reject the resume as soon as they detect TCS in their resume.

It’s a shit show outside bruh. It’s the survival of the fittest over there

Sure i will put all my efforts into getting an offer now.

Congratulations for taking such a bold step !
I resigned on 4th Feb without having an offer in hand . I can understand the pressure you might be facing. Especially all the social media content about layoffs and all.
Save this comment - you are going to receive good offers.
I Did minimum work during the notice period.
Listed out skills I needed - gave me 200 % and prepared it. For 45 days I just prepared for an interview. Then updated CV on portals and prepared according to JD of that profile. You will get a lot of interview calls on the third month of the notice period - keep this in mind and start preparing for the interview.
I would like an update on how it goes for you, just to inspire others to take bold steps.
Fyi - I had 17 lpa - C3B, I got a dream role in a product based firm 30 ctc , with 2 offers .
I was not able to crack the initial 5-6 interviews though.
Lastly, trust in God / higher power. ❤️

Just be chill. You'll receive calls only at the end of 2 month. If you want more calls. Update your naukri settings as on notice period and lwd as 15th may 2025. Bluff you hold two offers.
