Finally.... I resigned!!

Not because I had a better offer. Not because I had it all figured out. But because I was tired - tired of waiting, tired of silence, tired of everything that goes unsaid but affects everything. It’s hard to keep showing up when you're sidelined and the environment quietly drains you.

This wasn’t an easy choice. It was a mixture of frustration, sadness, and hope. Hope that there’s something more out there. Hope that sometimes stepping away is the best step forward.

I’m not sure what comes next or when the right opportunity will come my way, but for the first time in a while, I feel peace.

It’s scary, it’s emotional but it’s also freeing. Sometimes, walking away is the real strength.
