Finally I onboarded on the project to being a part of fluidity list. It was really not easy to get onboarded.

I have a friend in tcs in other location connected to him and asked to put my cv if any opening, he helped me to get the project but that is not enough once selected in client round still they will not onboard untill you will not have 1o1 with HR and RMG and Conway them to onboard you.

But believe me if you have been selected in the client round they will have to on board you, otherwise the client will escalate this to tcs. So you have a plus point here
