Trending @Accenture; Finally I got PIP✌ and got new learning and challenges.

Give some advise how to tackle this.

First of all lead told he tried his best to save and gave +ve feedback but no luck.(realy worked hard but someone they have to give someone)

Now what will be next step?

What %age chance to clear it.

Currently i am on project but given pip by last project.So PIP task will be in current project or they will put me on bench and give any task.

It is mandatory to put 10 % in each level. We used to put in every cycle

There’s nothing like that — your manager wasn’t truthful. None of the 50 members in our team are on PIP. Putting someone on a PIP isn’t that easy; a people lead must provide strong justification for it.

You’re in PIP because your people lead specifically decided so — there’s no general mandate. I’m a people lead myself, and I can tell you that firsthand.

Just stay focused, work on your areas of improvement, and you’ll be able to clear the PIP successfully. Just buckle up … Wishing you all the very best!

Thanks yrr.. But today also i connect with my lead ,he told i shared the my work but talent lead is not satisfied. Still he told you have done great work in team.
