Finally got an offer after 3 months struggle

Working @accenture from past 3 years and now got an offer at Opentext for a QA Engineer role with overall 4+ yrs exp, feeling regret for getting relaxed after receiving an offer and I’m at last working day in accenture, any suggestions for my next steps
