Finally got a job offer

I got a job offer after I finally resigned from TCS. It wasnt easy, hundreds of job applications, handful of calls, interviews and finally got a good offer with 100% hike on CTC and 117% hike on take home salary. This is a motivation post for people who are in a similar situation. Take matters to your own hands, skill up, and start applying. Naukri, linkedin, indeed, whatever platform doesn't matter, what matters is being decisive. People around you will tell that market is not good and recession and whatnot, but from my experience I will say anyone can get a job offer irrespective of the market situation, if you show that you got skills.

If you read till the end, don't forget to participate in the poll.

Can't disclose the company, but I offer jumped. I was holding another offer. Most of this depends upon how your interview went, bro.

During notice period, is there a limit on the number of sick leaves you are applying?

And considering current situation of TCS, are they giving any buyout options or still stuck with complete 90 days ?

I am trying to reduce the number of days. I don't know if a buyout is still an option. You should discuss this with your unit's HR regarding NP.
