Today is my LWD. I felt a mentally sight of relief after submitting my assets at the office today. My reporting team was such a shit show that my manager suddenly remembered today that I needed a farewell call. 4+ years & this is how my final days in my team looks like. My project team was much more vocal about their thoughts on my resignation and they were baffled on how my reporting team couldn't retain me. It saddens me on how these companies continue to provide below avg increments which pulls us all below the industry avg and making it difficult for other companies to justify the payment jump for a new hire. That being said, I feel really really happy to leave this organisation. I wish you all luck here and pray that you get either a good team or a better opportunity elsewhere
