Finally found a way to get attention of the officials

May be we need to create a group to fill in potholes on the road, so that the deputy cm instructs bbmp to take action. Also as a deligent tax payer, i also learned that we also have to remind gov orgs to do their duty for which they are paid for from tax payer money.
