Finally Came out of Narachi hell

It's almost 4years I have been with T€$. In beginning everything was fine and awesome. In the 3rd year I felt I was in wrong place wasting time and efforts were useless. Since my 2.5years Tenure itself I was asking for project release to move to better team and learn the new things but my bsdk mngr and bakchodi TL played mind games I will increase your pay we will give A band and try to do internal team movement like that. Almost 3.8years it was hell with the routine tasks works no recognition and appreciation got 'C' band eventhough I have given my 100% efforts then I decided to stop working and left the task like that and stopped responding for the mails and calls. I focused that time for interviews and walkin drives for 4months finally I had decent offer better than T€$ I resigned the job and joined in new company. Karma will hit back where the person who used to torture me mentally in the name of work got layoff recently I felt sad about them. Offcourse senior management should have authority to question but not to torture mentally. Anyway I have learnt good things from T€$ Which helped me to enrich my skills so thankful for the organization and not for the hatred mind people in the top management level. Good bye T€$.
