Finally bid bye to TCS!
This is my lwd in TCS. Although my next company's hike quote is less than 35% I feel it's okay to leave TCS for a better experience. And I wish the best for folks who are trying to get out of TCS and also to the ones surviving here. Seriously nervous on my new role as it's an entirely different skillset and I managed to clear the interview.
For those who ask, I'm 6 yrs experienced in data migration and now moving to a BI developer role. My new package is around 16 LPA.
All the best buddy ! It is very natural and jittery to feel nervous with new things. Since, you have cleared interview and got the offer, it automatically proves that you have knowledge. And they also know that nobody is equipped with all the skills but it is about learning...so don’t worry and remain confident. I am in almost similar situation, moved to BI developer role from completely different skills but it did not get materialised. I would like to discuss with you few things on DM if you are fine
