Final Settlement reg

Hi,

I got lay off from tcs on september 1 ,2025 . Till now I haven't receive severance pay and experience letters. After so many follow ups , they have send final settlement letter today stating that I have to pay 30000 rupees as arrears . I don't know why I should pay this amount to retrieve my experience letters. Anyone has faced this issue ? What are the ways I can proceed with ?
