Final round rejections are the worst.

I am actively interviewing for roles at a Senior Manager and Associate Director Level in Enterprise business or partnerships in the B2B SaaS space. Gone through interviews with almost 12 companies, reached the last round with the CEO for 4 of them and got rejected even though 1/2 looked like they were ready to close i.e asked for compensation details etc.

I’ve quit my previous org for a month now and the anxiety is starting to creep in. In some cases not even getting enough feedback to know what to fix going forward.

Would love to hear why you think this might be if you’ve been through something similar - share your experience, if you’re someone who hires for these kinda roles - what are some top reasons to do so and what are you evaluating at that stage. Want to hear perspectives while I navigate this.
