What's the difference between ipf rating and band (A,B,C,D)? and what role does ipf rating play? how much it usually takes from ipf rating to give band ?

Let me tell u my experience
Ipf has some percentage related to band But it's not fully related
An associate with 4.6 ipf can also get C band But in most cases 4.5+ ipf-A band 3.8-4.45 -B band <3.8-C band Also D is very rare ,most low performers end up with C band In very rare scenarios when performance is low then the associate gets D band U can dm me for more details bro I would love to share my experience
