Final Anniversary Appraisal

I am a Ninja candidate and will completing 1 year on 27th July. So after submitting goals and attributes in Speed. I got IPF rating of 4.15. How much hike can I expect from the rating they have given me. And can someone elaborate how the percentage hike is given according to the IPF rating.

But the colleagues working with me having 1+YOE told some got 8% 9% some even 15% but no one has clear Idea on what rating basis it is given
