Filed ITR on 9 sept still no refund yet

Filed ITR on. Sept 9 and e-verified on same date. But still waiting for the refund to come. Refund is 45k around. Why it is causing so delay? Status is e-verified successfully.

Ideally it comes within 1 month's time from the day of filing. I think it should come in some days.
