
Fight with RMG is okay or not ????
Hii friends,
1 month ago , rmg forced me to join a project without my concern , even I have other project in my hand , still she forced me , so I join the project
But yesterday again I said to PM that I am not interested in this project and my experience are also not matching
So my project manager has escalated this to RMG and not allowing me to work but also but releasing officially.(Unprofessional behaviour i would say, bs mere hi pichhe pade h or apne kaam me focus Krna ni h )
I am in full mood to fight with that RMG person (CBG Retail unit ) is it ok if I argue with them??????
Maybe they can force me to resign but is it possible that they can terminate me??????

I also had a fight with RMG (UK BFSI Unit) , but they can never terminate you. On what basis they will terminate you or force you to resign ? They don't have that much power unless the employee is seriously doomed. The max you could do is to loop in Project Manager, TL, Delivery Partner ( if any ), Unit Executive HR and RMG with whom you argued and also Head RMG that she reports to. Draft a mail regarding your concern and keep RMG(Argued) in bcc, Head RMG, DP, TL in cc and PM and HR in sender bar.

Ye conversation face to face ho raha h , mail me hota to atleast proof hota , but this time I will actually record what she is saying , and then let's see what will happen .
But really thankyou , your comment has given me a courage to fight for my rights and take the right project which suits me 💪

Raise employee concern stating that my skills and aspirations are not matching and this is impacting mental and emotional well being.
I suggest you not to go under their Radar...
All are one and the same ..RMG, HR, Leads, Managers.
When you are against them, they all will become one.

I totally agree with you , I will try to be calm . And try to find other oppertunity outside TCS , please pray for me to get better opportunity outside TCS 🙏

If project is from uk bfsi please try to understand your role clearly in my project they bring one member by telling him different roles ans responsibility but when all the access part is done they told him to support work atlast he resign and even though he is doing nothing in project they are not even ready to release him so that he cannot able to take offer with other organization.

And also even when one of my colleague start having conversation with RMG on mail chain their behaviour and tone changed automatically 😂

You are right , they are also just blocking me , not releasing , I am not doing anything , still they are not releasing and RMG is also helping them , i feel ,for me also resign is the only solution but job market this days are scaring me 🙏... Please pray that I will get better opportunity outside TCS 🙏

What you will get by fighting? Never lose your cool at work. You just calmly inform that you have certain skills and only interested in projects which help in your career and skill match.

I have already said this but RMG said that I don't have any open requirement for you , you have to work in your current project only , this is what she is saying and that's the reason I am loosing my temper

Loop in HR, PM , lead, RMG and discuss with them openly

Thankyou , I am thinking to not going to the office onMonday and see what step they are taking , and accordingly I will also do , I will mail them and put HR in CC , i think this will be an only solution for me

Try to solve conflict outside office. Internal it can be worse
