Trending @Capgemini; Fight for early release in Capgemini

Hey folks, I was on bench from the oct month. I resign on last of dec. I am asking to manager or HR for early release people manager keep saying will check and I want early release end of January. Any idea how can I get early release I am planning for abroad but right now I do not have any admission details and all.

Do I have to fight with HR . Till now I am calmly asking for the response but they are not considering at all do I need to go and connect with their N+1 Any suggestions will help thank you in advance
