Trending @Infosys; Field switch
Currently, i am working as a system engineer at infosys for 2 last years. I have been on the bench since I joined. During the bench period i have been actively learning 3d animation and also did a diploma from maac institute. Now, the company is saying that you were on the bench for a long duration so they might ask me to resign. Should i change my career in the metaverse field or i should go into the IT field. Any suggestions?
Should have figured it out early. Two years is a very long period. If you are keen or interested in any of the fields, you should go ahead. You will definitely excel in the field which you are interested in but you have to work hard and learn from your past mistakes. Talk to the people in the above field, connect with them on linkedin. Do a cold reach. Hope this helps you.
