Hi everyone
I am facing most difficult situation right now due to childcare i putdown my paper and HR accepted within hour and released me without any discussion. Now i got email to pay 50k I don’t know what should i do? Please guid me

It seems like a they problem.
Have you requested an early release or leaving without serving NP ?
If not, then you can let them know you never asked for an early release nor not serving NP so it is not fair for you. Make it clear mark the dates and time stamps. Full on go ahead cause its absolutely unfair.

No I never asked even after resignation within few minutes id got deactivated
