FFS not received

I have submitted my all assets 3 months back , I have received reliving letter and other documents,but still I didn't get FFS yet. I have received FFS payslip as well. What need to do?

FFS is generally paid within 1 month of LWD. Are you said FFS payslip has been generated but you didn't receive the amount? If so, could there be any issues with your bank account? Is it still active?
