FFS and initial release letter

My LWD was on 10th October. Now it's 23rd October, i still have not received my initial release or the FFS. To whom should i reach out to check the status? Or should i raise ticket in the alumini portal?

IRL will take around 30 days and FFS around 40 days. Keep sending mail to separation HR every week asking for update.
