One senior was assigned long back for my project for helping.I stuck with a issue yesterday.He told " I will take care of it,I will do, it's my headache & not your headache " & in daily call also manager asked him for my status he didn't tell this issue to him..Today when I asked about this to him..he didn't respond properly..from which I come to know he's not taking care of it.I only have the responsibility & ownership.Y to give false hopes....when one can't do...💔& The delivery is very near ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
