Few years back I had a number of offers, this year I have that many rejects.

I am preparing for a switch and I have 7 years of experience in product management. Can somebody please suggest me a way of preparing. Few interviews that I have given, rejected me because my case study solutions were not at par with my years of experience. Can somebody please guide me on how to prepare. Any material for preparation or mock interviews that I should be giving. If anybody has similar years of experience and wants to prepare together for good product companies, you can DM me. Looking forward for your help.

My first question is you are in Walmart, with 7+ years of experience, i think the company is offering decent to great package. Why are you looking for a switch?

Simply hikes? Or relocation? Family problems? Career progression?

Don't get me wrong switch isn't a bad thing, but unless a person has a good enough reason, it's not worth it. For example, my case - I'm in TCS, it's reputation is going down but my salary is decent and I'm comfortable with my lifestyle and client.

I do have the skills to crack a product based company easily, because I have obtained several professional level cloud, domain expert certificates.

But to me it's not worth it, as there's no requirement. So what's yours? Requirement?
