The whole tech sector works in bad faith. They fire people and replace them with lower salaried person. Deny yearly hikes. Every year they claim slowdown, recession but keep on piling profit.

I have zero respect for any tech leader in this country .

When I was in tcs, there were employees which created negative value, tcs would be better off firing them and appeasing the other folks but the company doesn't care.
