Few managers are idiot enough to ignore real issue and give managerial jargons

I asked in my call if layoff is going to impact our team or project.

He started giving crap motivational speech. I mean seriously!!!

No correct information, but wasted 20mins and ended with statement that TCS is the best organisation to work for.

Trust me.. I personally knocked on many doors of many seniors but everyone is clueless..
