Trending @Accenture; Fellas living too far from office (2-4 hours), how do you manage travelling with work deadlines?

It's part of life, it's just one day a week that shouldn't be an issue.
If you can't even do that it's a concern. Take home near office then.
I have been observing your replies in many threads for a past couple of months. Almost all your responses are toxic or without any empathy as if you're trying to gain control over everyone. I wonder you really are a DL because you respond to many threads and I'd be surprised if DL is free enough to spread toxicity on a platform where people are sharing their problems and expecting a humane response not a barbaric one.

Bro some stays 300-400km far. Yer they manage 1 day. Skill Issue.

Don't waste your time with such people, when you'll tell them the truth they'll say you're toxic.
It's just these people don't want to accept the truth, they don't understand how much of a privilege it is to just have to go one day a week.

i just wonder how people used to go 5 days a week pre covid era

After COVID life change for everyone People have realised if a task can be done remotely then why to come office building and just sit there.. Yes, if anyone is free and don't have family life then it's fine for them..they can simply sir in the office

Take Shuttle or CAB, and feel like majdoor going to the site.

For those who are saying shift near to office, who will pay rent increase If someone is getting room with affordable price then it's fine Company should increase salary of employees

Don't sleep at home instead sleep inbus or train
