
Feeling worthy when working
Hi , Be happy and Trust yourself. I started my career in 2024 working in a support role. I feel worthy when I work all 9 hrs , even if I solve a ticket for a half day with my other work It feels like I did nothing. It feels like a disease to me. I want to change it but how. I want to change my industry but this zone is so comfortable that even after trying and making some effort makes me tired. In my college days I have studied, coordinated and taken care of 2 projects at the same time felt never tiring,And after that extra classes for courses were so good to feel. But now even if I have time I'm not doing anything. Trying to do attention span has been reduced I even tried to app timer and finally uninstalled many social media apps.
Even while doing my regular task on working I'm listening to podcasts and YT videos.
Is there any way to overcome these things. I want my life to have momentum.
