I'm trying to make a switch from my current company. I gave 2 interviews in the last month and I was able to clear all rounds but was rejected because of my notice period. This happened for the 3rd time. I have no clue what to do. It brings to the state that I doubt myself and my skills. I got stuck in this situation and am hoping for good to happen. Do you guys have any idea on how to overcome this condition or has anybody faced this issue while making a switch??

Don't say you have 90 days NP. Say your notice period is flexible and your manager told will release you in 30 days. Grab the opportunity, then negotiate later...
I have been in the same situation, they told due to 3month notice period they will not move with me. Rarely i used to get that also due to this situation not getting offer .. i can relate your feelings fully

may i know your YOE , have been in similar situation but in my case they are not continuing in the initial call phase only
does first Resigning and then searching for a job in NP work? worst case scenario we need to take back resignation
