Feeling tired of this job already
Hi I recently joined tcs I got a project on same domain luckily But all of my teammates are on different location even that's not a problem Within the day I joined the project after onboarding I got a story to work without kt without any intro and no one is helping literally no one , even if u ask for help they will redirect you to someone else , that day itself they asking story progres infront of client , even for some software install no help, And all passive aggressive statements like if u say u installed something and asked is this correct, saying good congratulations like that Feel so tired but I know my stuff I can work just need proper guidance.just doing one by one myself.any advice?
I don't have anyone from TCS in my team. All other team members are from either client/accenture. These accenture people will share only limited information. Just believe yourself and thrive through.
Since your lateral entry you don't know much about tcs work culture... what ever u said is true n that's tcs work culture....you just deliver user story what ever u know n wait for them to revert n chill out...don't stress much as it's TCS
