Feeling super enraged
My very close friend left his degree, fought with his parents, to build an awesome company which he was removed from last year. He was an exceptionally talented and disciplined person, who moved to Mumbai, built this startup for a year there. He worked days and night, meanwhile the cofounder who was in school, got accepted into a college and was rushing to be a part of the college. He was dropping the idea of building this company and my friend had to convince him not to. Turns out the cofounder had a contribution in removing my friend from the company. Now the VC and the cofounder are looking to settle for like 2-3 lakhs. It's crazy. This guy was frozen in time for 6 months because he was accused of financial fraud. I still remember the day last year when we went to help him move out of his rented apartment, his maid actually cried. She told us in Kannada that he was like a younger brother and she couldn't believe what happened. Now I see everyone congratulating the cofounder, I feel extremely enraged. Man. I hate what happens to good people sometimes.
